The Board of Directors of Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited, or "FPT," has resolved to appoint Mr. Huah Tien Lim as the new Chief Executive Officer replacing Mr. Thanapol Sirithanachai, effective from October 1, 2025.

Frasers Property Group announced a strategic management change to enhance its organizational structure in alignment with the OneFrasers approach and to reflect stable growth. The appointment of Mr. Huah Tien Lim as the Chief Executive Officer of Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited will take effect alongside his current role as Chief Executive Officer for Emerging Markets, Asia, within the Frasers Property Group, starting from October 1, 2025.

At the same time, Mr. Thanapol Sirithanachai will continue to serve on the Board of Directors of Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited to ensure operational continuity and to help drive the strategic direction of the group moving forward.
