The bank has announced a temporary closure of the K PLUS service for 3 hours to enhance system efficiency on Sunday, September 14, 2025, from 01:00 to 04:00. During this time, all services on K PLUS will be unavailable (including money transfers, bill payments, top-ups, scan payments, and cardless withdrawals). This also affects services that require transaction confirmation or identity verification through K PLUS, such as:
- Unable to transfer money to various wallets, such as YouTrip.
- Unable to verify identity before depositing money at Kasikorn Bank's deposit machines.
(Customers can verify their identity using a Kasikorn debit card or OTP.)
- Unable to register for automatic debit payment services.
- Unable to register for the MAKE by KBank and LINE BK services.
However, Kasikorn credit and debit cards, as well as transactions through ATMs or other channels, will continue to function normally.
