On Friday, August 8, 2025, LPP Property Management Co., Ltd. (LPP) organized the 'Garland Making for Mom Year 3' workshop at Lumpini Tower, attracting a warm response from residents and the general public. Ms. Somsri Techakraisri, the Managing Director, welcomed the participants and reinforced LPP's commitment to promoting family values, creating a livable community, and prioritizing environmental care. This year's event was held under the theme 'Love Mom, Love the Earth', which focused on using sustainable materials instead of flowers for garland making.

This activity received positive feedback from co-owners and the general public, but participation was limited to only 40 people due to the need for close instruction, with no fees for participation.
