The National Housing Authority is advancing its important mission for sustainable social development by launching a major campaign titled "Celebrating Half a Golden Year with the National Housing Authority 2568." This campaign offers special deals to make it easier for citizens to own homes, with starting prices as low as 250,000 Baht, a reservation fee of only 1,000 Baht, and comfortable installment plans starting from just a few thousand Baht, along with 0% interest in the first year and valuable bonuses. Reservations are open from June 21 to June 30, 2568 only.

Mr. Thaveepong Vichaidit, Governor of the National Housing Authority, revealed that this campaign is organized in accordance with the policy of Mr. Warawut Silpa-archa, Minister of Social Development and Human Security, who aims for every Thai citizen to have a "stable and sustainable home" under the 9 Flagship Plan for sustainable social development. The National Housing Authority is committed to promoting various projects that align with this policy seriously.

The main objective of the "Celebrating Half a Golden Year with the National Housing Authority 2568" campaign is to stimulate the decision-making process for home purchases among citizens and to boost the economy in the real estate sector, which is a crucial mechanism for job creation and economic circulation, particularly in the construction materials sector such as bricks, stones, cement, sand, and various types of furniture.

This time, the National Housing Authority is ready to sell 154 projects nationwide, totaling over 10,000 units, covering both Bangkok, the surrounding areas, and regions such as:
