Kasikornbank has launched the K-Advice project to strengthen its wealth management services by creating a team of independent financial advisors. This initiative aims to cater to a new segment of clients with growth potential who are interested in financial planning and seeking financial stability, estimated to be over 600,000 individuals. The project targets an expansion of the K-Advice team to 800 members nationwide within three years, focusing on investments, insurance, and long-term financial planning.

Dr. Pipatpong Posayanont, the Managing Director of Kasikornbank, stated that the bank is committed to promoting investment services and trusted investment advisory to help investors navigate the rapidly changing global landscape and achieve sustainable growth. The bank continues to develop diverse investment solutions while providing ongoing knowledge to clients with growth potential. Recently, to enhance access to services for this group, Kasikornbank has launched the K-Advice project to develop a team of independent financial advisors who understand the needs and context of modern investors, offering personalized and in-depth advice to meet the demands of growth-oriented investors. Additionally, the bank is expanding its team of relationship managers via phone or Line to ensure clients can conveniently access valuable investment information and advice.

The K-Advice team will undergo comprehensive professional training in financial planning, covering financial products and communication skills, as well as customer care, through intensive training programs led by both internal and external experts. Those who complete the training and meet the qualifications will become professional independent financial advisors equipped with modern tools and systems to support their work. The bank has a ready base of growth-oriented clients to leverage immediately. The K-Advice project opens opportunities for retired employees, current staff, and external individuals interested in advancing or transitioning into a financial advisory career. Initially, the bank will accept applications from retired and current employees before opening up to external candidates, aiming to create a nationwide network of 800 independent financial advisors within three years to serve the estimated 600,000 growth-oriented clients.

Dr. Pipatpong concluded by stating that K-Advice is another significant project for the bank that will help foster sustainability in the financial world for Thai society. The bank prioritizes the development of quality financial products, increasing access channels, and caring for growth-oriented clients interested in financial planning, alongside human resource development by creating new opportunities for professionals in the rapidly changing financial landscape, to collectively drive sustainable growth for society and the economy.
