Thanasiree Expands Real Estate Portfolio, Partners with Anabuki for International Ventures and New Projects in Thailand
Thanasiree Group Public Company Limited is moving forward with a growth target of 15% by 2025, preparing to assess its overall performance in the first half of the year before adjusting its operational plans for the second half. Additionally, the company plans to launch one new project this year, and if the response is positive, it is likely to expand further in urban areas by resizing projects to better meet market demand.

For its future market expansion plans, Thanasiree aims to extend into potential provinces such as Udon Thani. In terms of resort real estate investments, the company owns 106 rai of land in Kamala Beach, Phuket, situated at a high elevation with sea views, just 1.5 kilometers from the beach. There are plans for a joint venture (JV) with a project developer experienced in the area to primarily target international customers.

Japanese partner Anabuki, which has been investing with Thanasiree for over five years, plays a crucial role in enhancing project standards in terms of design and safety. At the same time, Anabuki aims to increase its international investments from the current distribution of 70% in Japan, 10% in Thailand, 10% in Indonesia, and 10% in the United States, with a goal of expanding its network to 200 companies abroad by 2065. The company is also preparing to enter the African market in the future, without concerns about the impact of U.S. tax measures, as it has plans in place to address this.

In Thailand, Anabuki intends to apply Japanese earthquake-resistant construction technology to future condominium developments, which may increase condo prices by approximately 20-30%. Currently, there are no plans for new JVs with partners in Thailand.
Thanasiree remains committed to the principle of "sustainability" as the core of its project development, focusing on creating housing that is compatible with nature and affordable. The company is also collaborating with Mahidol University in the area of Health Care to develop projects that support long-term health care for residents, particularly in physical therapy, to accommodate the aging society in the future. Currently, ongoing projects are allowing customers to benefit from government support measures, with six more units set to transfer ownership soon.
