This includes coverage for damages caused by the earthquake, affecting decorative elements and other building components, such as cracks and peeling walls.

The company has recently partnered with four insurance companies: Chubb Samakkee Insurance Public Company Limited, Thipya Insurance Public Company Limited, Intra Insurance Public Company Limited, and Muang Thai Insurance Public Company Limited to continue supporting residents in all affected projects. This partnership ensures that customers have insurance coverage in case of natural disasters, floods, or earthquakes, and assists in coordinating with insurance companies to expedite claims processing. “The condominium juristic persons in each project already have property insurance against natural disaster risks. For damages such as cracks or other issues within residents' units, the Origin Group has established an emergency assistance center to maintain constant communication with residents, enhancing their confidence and peace of mind,” Mr. Pirapong said.

Residents needing to claim damages within their units must prepare documentation for the insurance claim, including the unit ownership document (Form Ch. 2), a copy of the owner's ID card, a copy of the land title deed (front and back), and the insurance policy document for the unit/building. Primo will act as a liaison to facilitate residents' contact with the insurance survey company to assess damages, estimate repair costs, and request compensation from the insurance company.
