The 47th Housing and Condo Fair has officially kicked off, serving as a vital cog in the Thai economy, alongside government measures to boost purchasing power at the beginning of 2025. The event runs from March 20 to 23, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at Hall 5, LG Floor, Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.   • A temporary relaxation of the Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratio for two years to help citizens secure loans more easily.
  • Low-interest loan offerings through state banks, such as the Government Housing Bank, with a total budget of 120 billion baht to assist low- and middle-income earners in acquiring homes.
  • A 50% reduction in land and building taxes in 2025, currently under consideration by the Ministry of Interior, which will be monitored closely.
