According to data from DDproperty.com, the official portal partner for the awards, demand for rental housing continues to exceed that for purchasing, as evidenced by visitor interest on the platform over the past eight months (July 2022 - February 2023), showing that 52% of users opted to rent properties, while 48% chose to buy. Among those buying, 54% were for personal use and family, while 47% were investors, indicating a significant segment of buyers looking for investment opportunities due to attractive rental yields in both the short and long term.
