After 55 years of steady and sustainable growth, Sammakorn Public Company Limited, a trusted Thai real estate developer, has received 27 awards for its achievements both domestically and internationally. Under the campaign “Sammakorn... Not the Revenue Department”, which creates memorable and fun associations with the brand, the company reveals its business direction for 2025 amid a sluggish real estate market. It aims to establish a presence in three potential locations: Kaset-Nawamin, and Lasalle, with the brand “Providence Lane,” along with a new project in Soi Ladprao 91 called “91 KINTON,” targeting a 60% revenue growth from 2024.

Sammakorn's Success in 2024

Mr. Noppon Jenthanamnuakool, Managing Director of Sammakorn Public Company Limited, stated that “In 2024, due to economic factors such as declining purchasing power, high household debt, unattractive interest rates, and strict lending policies, the overall real estate business was negatively impacted, leading to a decrease in average revenue in line with the market slowdown. These are unavoidable factors, but we continue to deliver homes to customers and launch new projects. Last year was also a proud year for us, having won numerous awards, totaling 27, under the campaign “Sammakorn... Not the Revenue Department”, including a Gold award from Cannes Lions 2024 in the Film category for Use of Humour and a Gold award from the New York Festivals Advertising Awards in the Film category for Product & Services.

“The campaign “Sammakorn... Not the Revenue Department” reinforces the brand's success, significantly increasing brand awareness among consumers across all demographics. This is evident from the campaign's views on our Official Account across all platforms, reaching 7.6 million views and over 4 million engagements. Although sales in 2024 decreased due to market mechanisms, we are continuously developing and adjusting our internal strategies to be more effective in handling all situations,” Mr. Noppon added.

Real Estate Market Outlook for 2025

Mr. Noppon believes that “The overall real estate market this year will continue to slow down in the first half, but housing remains a fundamental factor in life and one of the country's core industries. We anticipate that government support policies, reduced policy interest rates, and economic support factors such as growth in tourism and services, as well as international trade that encourages investment in Thailand, will positively impact the real estate market. However, this year will also see high competition in the horizontal housing market, requiring developers to enhance their competitiveness in product development that meets customer needs, marketing communication, and brand building that resonates with consumers.”

New Project Development Strategy for 2025

When choosing a home today, consumers may not only consider price as a primary factor but also value (Value Proposition) that the brand offers. They seek homes that reflect their identity and provide true quality of living. Therefore, Sammakorn's real estate projects are developed based on in-depth customer insights (Customer Centric), ensuring that the design of homes and project amenities align with their needs, focusing on aesthetics that are beautiful at all times and can be passed down through generations.

For this year's project development strategy, we aim to enhance our portfolio in the luxury segment, emphasizing three main aspects:

1. Prime Location: Locations with high potential that connect all travel routes.

2. Design & Functionality: Home designs and functions that align with lifestyles, reflecting superior identity.

3. Exceptional Service: Attention to every aspect of after-sales service for a perfect living experience.

Focusing on Three Potential Locations for Modern Living

This year, Sammakorn is set to launch three new projects with a total value exceeding 1 billion baht, including the 91 KINTON project, a three-and-a-half-story townhouse in Soi Ladprao 91, designed to offer privacy to residents, featuring functional designs that cater to the lifestyles of the new generation, with prices starting at 15 million baht* (pre-sale in Q3). Additionally, the grand return of the PROVIDENCE LANE brand follows the overwhelming success of the first PROVIDENCE LANE project in Ekkamai-Ramintra, with two potential locations this year:

  1. PROVIDENCE LANE Kaset-Nawamin: A single-family home emphasizing true aesthetic living, with prices starting at 30 million baht* (pre-sale in Q3).
  2. PROVIDENCE LANE Lasalle: A single-family home balancing luxury and timeless nature, with prices starting at 25 million baht* (pre-sale in Q4).

“2025 will be another challenging year for the real estate market, but we remain confident in our growth targets, planning to focus on the luxury home segment for more than half of our total sales. Although many brands are competing in this segment, considering the overall potential and unique strengths of our brand, we believe that the three projects launching this year will attract interest and provide valuable options for residents seeking a perfect life,” Mr. Noppon stated.

Five-Year Goals for Sammakorn

Mr. Noppon further stated, “In fact, we are looking at long-term goals for the next 50 years, aiming for Sammakorn to grow steadily and become a top-of-mind brand for those seeking housing. However, in the next five years, customers will remain at the heart of our commitment to enhancing housing quality to provide an experience of The Essential of Living that exceeds expectations and meets the needs of people of all ages.”

“As we celebrate our 55th year and look to the future, we believe that internal development, attention to product quality, and building customer trust are the essential foundations for Sammakorn's steady and sustainable growth,” Mr. Noppon concluded.
