National Housing Authority Offers New Year Gifts for Aspiring Homeowners with "Value Homes, Affordable Prices for New Year 2568" Promotion - Up to 20% Discount and Special Interest Rates
National Housing Authority (NHA) is giving a New Year gift for 2568 with a special campaign under the project "Value Homes, Affordable Prices for New Year 2568" featuring a range of housing projects across Bangkok, its suburbs, and regions, providing opportunities for low to middle-income individuals to own homes at special prices with discounts of up to 20%. Interested parties can reserve their homes and take advantage of special offers from today until March 31, 2568, with over 5,700 units available.

Mr. Thaveepong Vichaidit, Governor of the National Housing Authority stated that in 2568, the National Housing Authority is offering a New Year gift to the public as part of its main mission to develop housing, ensuring that all Thai people have their own homes while improving the quality of life for residents. This aligns with the 5x5 policy to tackle the population crisis, focusing on homes for all age groups, ensuring accessibility and quality living standards. The project “Value Homes, Affordable Prices for New Year 2568” encompasses housing projects in Bangkok, its suburbs, and regions, offering special price discounts on over 5,700 units with discounts ranging from 5-20% off standard selling prices across 102 projects. The discount value varies by project type, with special price reductions for 47 projects of the "Affordable Housing" scheme, where 24 square meter units start at 250,000 Baht and 33 square meter units start at 390,000 Baht.

In addition to special discounts, there are also special interest rates for hire purchase. Customers who apply for loans with financial institutions and are not approved can apply for loans under the housing development loan scheme for low-income individuals (Hire Purchase, NHA). General customers receive a special interest rate of 1.5% for the first four years, and from the fifth year onwards, the interest rate is 2.25%. Vulnerable groups (people with disabilities, the elderly, single parents, or children wishing to buy housing in projects where their parents reside, or those with caregiving responsibilities for bedridden patients or disabled individuals) will also receive an interest rate of 1.5% for the first five years, and from the sixth year onwards, the interest rate will be 2.25%, with a repayment period of up to 40 years.
If a loan application under the housing development loan scheme for low-income individuals is not approved, customers can still apply for a hire purchase agreement directly with the National Housing Authority (Hire Purchase, NHA). General customers will receive an interest rate of 4.25% for the first three years, 5.25% for the fourth and fifth years, 6.50% for the sixth to tenth years, and 6.75% for the eleventh to fortieth years.

Vulnerable groups will receive a special interest rate of 4.25% for the first five years, 6.50% for the sixth to tenth years, and 6.75% from the eleventh year onwards, with a maximum repayment period of 40 years.
