The bonds being offered are registered bonds, non-subordinated, unsecured, and have a bondholder representative. TRIS Rating has assigned a corporate credit rating and bond rating of "BBB+" with a "stable" outlook, reflecting the company's strong backlog and its ability to recognize revenue for the next five years. The purpose of this bond issuance is to repay bonds maturing in April 2025. In 2024, the company achieved presales from residential projects totaling 35.435 billion baht, meeting its target, with sales from high-rise residential projects or condominiums under Origin Vertical Corporation Limited amounting to 28.891 billion baht, accounting for 82% of total sales. Meanwhile, sales from housing projects or low-rise residential projects under Britannia Public Company Limited (BRI) totaled 6.544 billion baht, representing 18% of total sales.<\/span><\/p>
Additionally, in 2024, the company launched 14 new joint venture projects, including condominium projects, housing projects, hotels, and warehouses, bringing the total number of joint venture projects to 119, with a total value of 186.96 billion baht. The company has also enhanced its competitive edge by launching the Origin Agent Club to actively target foreign customers by partnering with over 300 agents, resulting in sales to foreign customers reaching 5.7 billion baht in 2024, a growth of 225%.<\/span><\/p>
Regarding the company's new business segments or New S Curve, which includes hotels, warehouses, and services to create a balanced and sustainable growth, the hotel business currently encompasses 11 well-known hotel brands, such as Staybridge Suites Bangkok Thonglor, Holiday Inn & Suites Sriracha-Laem Chabang, and InterContinental Bangkok Sukhumvit, with a total of 2,657 rooms. In December 2024, the average occupancy rate reached 76%. The warehouse business has a strategic transport location across 10 sites nationwide, including Samut Prakan, Pathum Thani, Chachoengsao, and Chonburi, with a total rental area exceeding 403,447 square meters and a warehouse rental rate exceeding 90%. Lastly, the comprehensive real estate service business under Primo Service Solutions Public Company Limited (PRI) currently manages clients from upstream to downstream, including construction management, property management, investment property management, interior design services, and cleaning services, overseeing over 229 projects, representing over 44,650 families. The company's new business segments will ensure sustainable growth in the long term without solely relying on property development for sale.<\/span><\/p>
