By integrating innovation and technology into their project services, they began by surveying residents in over 100 condominium projects managed by Crown Residence Co., Ltd. and PM Property Management Co., Ltd. The survey revealed that residents spend considerable time using elevators, preparing to receive packages, shopping for essentials, and receiving food deliveries.

Primo emphasizes the importance of a Happy Maker lifestyle in condos, enhancing convenience and saving time. Thus, they introduced DOORMART, a comprehensive service that caters to residents' needs, providing delivery of packages from management, essential goods, online shopping, and food delivery directly to residents' doors, marking a first in the condo industry.

Last year, DOORMART collaborated with Crown Residence Co., Ltd. and PM Property Management Co., Ltd. to pilot its services in three projects. They evaluated resident satisfaction, receiving feedback from 300 users who rated the service an impressive 4.96 out of 5. By 2025, they plan to expand to 20 more projects and aim to cover all over 100 projects by 2028.

Mr. Ingrat Traithas, Service Innovation at Primo Service Solution Public Company Limited, stated that DOORMART enhances efficiency within condos under the slogan “Convenience Delivered to Your Door.” Insights show that residents spend about 20 minutes per elevator trip, averaging over an hour daily, and face challenges transporting heavy items like packs of drinking water weighing 9 kilograms. DOORMART serves as a mediator for package and product deliveries.

To give residents more time for what they love, DOORMART offers additional services to enhance convenience and save energy, including:

  • Package delivery from management
  • Laundry pickup and delivery
  • Air conditioning cleaning services
  • Retail product delivery
  • Delivery of food, drinks, and essentials
  • Weekly drinking water delivery to residents' doors

 

“What residents gain from DOORMART is convenience. They no longer need to waste time going up and down to collect items. Just order through DOORMART, and it will be delivered to their door, saving time and allowing them to engage in other important activities without worrying about deliveries. They can trust in safety and reliability,” Mr. Ingrat said.

The company places special emphasis on safety, with DOORMART staff selected and trained to meet top hotel standards, including background checks to ensure the safety of individuals and property. Regular health checks, including for communicable diseases like Covid-19, are conducted to maintain high hygiene standards.

The launch of DOORMART marks another step for Primo towards the future of modern service business, demonstrating their commitment to developing the best services for customers. In addition to enhancing convenience for condo residents, DOORMART also contributes to reducing energy consumption within projects. Statistics show that each elevator trip costs an average of 5-10 baht, with residents using elevators 2-6 times on weekdays and 4-8 times on weekends. DOORMART can help projects save up to 30% on elevator usage costs, providing a convenient and time-saving option while allowing residents to participate in energy conservation.

Moreover, DOORMART enhances the convenience of living within condominium projects and hotels for residents with diverse lifestyles at all times by introducing “Brother Primo and Sister Primo,” two IOT (Internet of Things) robots developed by Primo for delivery and cleaning services within managed projects, aligning with the concept of Primo, Happy “Smart Living” Maker to make happiness in living easy… choose Primo to take care of you.
