SAM Kicks Off the New Year with Selected Properties for Residential Use Nationwide Valued at 137 Million Baht, Auctioning on January 24, 2025
Sukhumvit Asset Management Company Limited (SAM) has announced that SAM has selected second-hand properties or non-performing assets (NPA) for residential use in prime locations across the country to be auctioned in the first auction of 2025 on January 24, 2025, at special prices. A total of 33 properties are available, valued at 137 million baht, including single houses, duplexes, townhouses, residential condos, commercial buildings, factories/warehouses, and vacant land for interested bidders.
Additionally, a promotion called “SAM Second-Hand Properties Must Share” is being offered, where you can refer SAM properties to friends or acquaintances and receive a referral fee of up to 3 million baht per property (for qualifying properties). SAM has also partnered with leading banks, including Bangkok Bank, UOB, TMBThanachart Bank (ttb), Kasikorn Bank, and Government Housing Bank (GHB) to provide loan services, subject to the banks' terms and conditions.
