BAM Takes Over Management of Non-Performing Loans from Ari Asset Management Worth Over 1.3 Billion Baht, Aiming to Revive Debt into the Economy
At Bangkok Commercial Asset Management Public Company Limited (BAM), CEO Mr. Bandit Anantamongkol and CEO of Ari Asset Management Company Limited, Mr. Santhit Wattanakul, signed a contract for the management of non-performing assets comprising 1,172 accounts with a principal debt of 1.334 billion baht. This service will expand BAM's business scope and help generate income for sustainable growth.

Mr. Bandit Anantamongkol, CEO of BAM, stated that the signing of the contract for managing non-performing assets with Ari Asset Management, involving 1,172 accounts and a principal debt of 1.334 billion baht, will ensure the success of the collaboration in managing secured non-performing assets. BAM is confident in its readiness, backed by experienced personnel skilled in debt restructuring negotiations, advanced information technology systems, and comprehensive customer service channels, along with a nationwide branch network that allows for widespread customer access.
BAM provides an opportunity for all debtors to negotiate debt restructuring to reach a mutual agreement, based on the debtor's repayment capability. Negotiations can occur at any stage, even if the debtor is undergoing legal proceedings. BAM and Ari Asset Management will work together to maximize benefits for both organizations and assist honest debtors in overcoming their financial difficulties smoothly.
