The Thai Real Estate Association, one of the leading associations in the real estate sector in Thailand, has developed a comprehensive curriculum for professionals in the industry, ranging from new entrepreneurs to employees in various departments within real estate companies. This initiative aims to update knowledge in academic fields, legal aspects, and new technologies that will help businesses succeed. Mr. Worayut Kittiadum, Chairman of the Executive Board of CENEX Property Public Company Limited and Vice President of the Thai Real Estate Association, revealed that the curriculum planned by the Thai Real Estate Association for the entire year of 2025 includes both short-term and long-term courses. The first course, Real Asset Program For Technological Optimization and Residential Development (RAPTOR), is designed for business owners, real estate entrepreneurs, senior executives, or team leaders who set company policies or strategies and wish to utilize technology and AI tools for efficient business management, creating a distinctive brand. The content will cover current real estate knowledge and digital marketing tools that enhance and connect businesses with customers through online channels more effectively. This course aims to update knowledge and new technologies in line with current trends and to ensure business success, featuring insights from over 19 leading real estate experts who will share their tips and expertise.


Participants include Mr. Chali Sophonpanit, Chairman of Asia Plus Group Holdings Public Company Limited, along with Mr. Chai Srivikrom, Chairman of Kasorn Holding Company Limited, Mr. Prabhan Charoenpravat, Manager of the Market for Alternative Investment (MAI) and the Live Exchange (LiVEx), and Mr. Pornarit Chuanchaisit, President of the Thai Real Estate Association, among others.
