LPP Property Management Co., Ltd., a leader in comprehensive real estate project management, welcomed a group of faculty and students from the Department of Housing, Faculty of Architecture at Chulalongkorn University to visit the LPN Township Rangsit Klong 1 project. This visit aimed to provide insights and expertise in managing large residential projects with over 10,000 units and more than 20,000 residents. The team also shared strategies for resident care within the project, drawing on over 32 years of experience in project management, property management, building systems, ensuring comfort, and waste management within the project, among other areas.
