Chao Phraya Mahakhan Public Company Limited, or CMC, celebrates its 30th anniversary while reaffirming its success as a leading company in the real estate industry, closing deals on over 145 units and achieving sales exceeding 320 million baht at the 46th Home and Condo Expo held from October 31 to November 3, 2023, at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.

At this event, CMC customers also received special promotional gifts under the campaign “CMC 30 Years, 30 Surprises”, which offered exclusive benefits to those booking quality homes and condos in prime locations of CMC. These included free appliances, free furniture, free maintenance fees, free transfer fees, a 1-baht gold giveaway, and an iPhone 16 Pro for every unit. Additionally, CMC provided a promotion to help customers with payments for up to 30 months.

As part of the 30th anniversary celebration, Chao Phraya Mahakhan Public Company Limited, or CMC, is giving away an electric car, the Avatr 11 Standard, valued at 2,099,000 baht, for customers who book and transfer ownership from October 31 to December 31, 2023 (with a lucky draw for every transfer of ownership for 300 units).

The sales of 320 million baht came from ready-to-move-in projects, generating over 200 million baht in revenue. The most popular projects were the Cirocco Bangna 36 and The Clef Riverview Chao Phraya - Wong Sawang. For the pre-sale projects, total sales reached 120 million baht, which also received positive feedback from customers, including:

The project is adjacent to “Nawaminphiroam” park, just 200 meters from MRT Nawaminphiroam, with prices starting at only 1.xx million baht.
