Maitree Treekitkamol , Chairman of the Executive Board, and Dr. Vorapoj Kantaphiphat , Managing Director of M.T. Nakhonluang Construction and Land Co., Ltd., signed a contract to open the Best Western Matter Tiwanon Hotel, part of the Best Western Hotels and Resorts chain, with the management team from BWH Hotels Group for the Asia-Pacific region, led by Olivier Berrivang , Executive Vice President of Operations, Cyril Servonka , Managing Director of Business Development, and Duangkaew Noppornprom , Business Development Manager. Also present was Pathom Siriwatthanaprayoon , Executive Chairman of PCL Hospitality Co., Ltd., as the hotel operator.

The Best Western Matter Tiwanon Hotel project is a 68-room, 7-story business hotel located on Tiwanon Road in Pak Kret, designed in a retro style. It targets business operators and event organizers attending functions at the Impact Exhibition and Convention Center in Muang Thong Thani, as well as seminar organizers and participants from government agencies and international tourists who enjoy golfing. The hotel is expected to achieve an occupancy rate of no less than 80% throughout the year. The project is scheduled to officially open in May 2025.
