KE Group has announced a partnership with MT Asset Corporation Ltd. to manage leasing operations at the MT Branch community mall, a high-potential project located in the prime area of Lam Luk Ka. This collaboration aims to enhance the growth of the REIT.

Mr. Kwinthir Iamsakulrat, a director of KE Group, expressed great enthusiasm about partnering with MT Asset Corporation, which has over 30 years of experience in real estate development. This partnership grants KE Group the rights to manage leasing operations at the MT Branch community mall, located on Lam Luk Ka Road in Pathum Thani. The strategy will focus on meeting customer needs, with plans to integrate into the REIT in the future.

“We see great potential in the MT Branch project, which offers 6,000 square meters of retail space developed in a mixed-use format, connected to 108 home office units, and provides parking for up to 400 vehicles. This setup ensures convenience for residents and businesses, as well as tenants in the community mall. The MT Branch is strategically located near the new Food Destination, close to the BTS Green Line station at Kukot, with easy access to expressways and renowned restaurant brands like Makro Food Service. Additionally, the project experiences an average daily traffic of 42,000 vehicles and is surrounded by a population of over 300,000 in the Lam Luk Ka and Sai Mai areas,” he added.

Mr. Kwinthir further stated that KE Group plans to expand its business through partnerships, strengthening operations without the need for direct investment. Many partners currently own land or are developers of community mall projects. Therefore, KE Group will leverage its strengths to strategize project planning, manage sales, and prepare to introduce various projects into the REIT.
