Areeya Property held an event to announce the winners of the Areeya Hitz Home Run Campaign: Running Towards the Dream of Becoming a Creator, a special campaign inviting students from across the country to review Areeya's housing projects for a chance to win over 100,000 Baht in total prizes*.

The competition for creating short video reviews of Areeya's housing projects using the Tiktok application under the campaign “Areeya Hitz Home Run: Running Towards the Dream of Becoming a Creator” has concluded beautifully. This campaign encouraged students with a passion for reviewing to participate in creating video clips to review Areeya's housing projects. The registration opened in March and received enthusiastic responses from over 70 teams from various universities. Recently, the company held an official award ceremony at Areeya Property Public Company Limited (Headquarters) in Bangkok.

Distinguished judges from the media industry participated in the competition and awarded prizes, including Mr. Pongpiti Pasukyeud, Founder & CEO of Ad Addict, a leading online media company in advertising, marketing, and creativity in Thailand, and Mr. Kwin Prateepratnakan, Founder of Yark Ban Voi, a well-known online media outlet in real estate that offers content appealing to home seekers. The winners were announced as follows:

  • Popular Vote Award received 5,000 Baht* awarded to Team Sathu from Sripatum University for their review of The Village project.
  • Honorable Mention Awards received 3,000 Baht* each awarded to Team Ban Sai Thong from Sripatum University for their review of The Village project and Team Koo Kwan Om Khung from Chulalongkorn University for their review of the AREN X project.

Mr. Wiwat Laohapoonrangsri, Senior Chairman of Areeya Property Public Company Limited, stated that the campaign “Areeya Hitz Home Run: Running Towards the Dream of Becoming a Creator” was organized to encourage undergraduate students nationwide to use their creativity through the hobby of playing Tiktok, allowing them to review Areeya's housing projects across four brands, including AREN X, NORA, COMO Primo, and The Village.

This campaign attracted over 70 teams submitting video clips, with a total of over 100,000 views from the audience watching the works of students from each team. This has allowed me to see the potential of Thai youth, who possess creativity and innovative ideas for presenting content in unique and interesting ways. I would like to thank all the students who participated in the “Areeya Hitz Home Run: Running Towards the Dream of Becoming a Creator” campaign and congratulate the winning teams. The atmosphere at the event was filled with fun, and there were also lectures on “How to Create Content that Hits: Techniques for Making Popular Advertising Content” by Mr. Pongpiti Pasukyeud, Founder & CEO of Ad Addict, and “Revealing Techniques to Build a Tiktok Channel to Generate Significant Income with Just One Mobile Phone” by Mr. Avirut Sirisopana, a real estate Tiktoker from the Nook Avirut channel, concluding with a tour for students to visit the Areeya Property office and learn about real work experiences with Areeya Property staff.
