Noble Launches Noble Green For All Project to Restore Ecosystems and Support Sustainable Agriculture in Nan Province
Noble Development Public Company Limited, in collaboration with the Community Forestry Center for People and Forests (ReCoF), has initiated the Noble Green For All project. Led by over 40 employee representatives, the initiative involved planting 2,000 trees in Santisuk District, Nan Province, which is a vital watershed area in Thailand. The project aims to promote sustainable agriculture and encourage farmers to plant diverse local tree species instead of short-term crops, thereby creating greater economic value for farmers in the future.

Noble Green For All stems from Noble's commitment to being a key player in promoting environmental balance and biodiversity. The project seeks to restore the ecosystem of the watershed, increase green spaces to help regulate global temperatures, and combat climate change. It also aims to raise awareness and emphasize environmental importance among Noble employees while fostering positive community engagement for those who have long benefited from the forest areas.

This tree planting activity is part of a “Plant and Monitor for Change” initiative, involving the planting of three species: rubber trees, teak, and local trees. Each tree will have a tracking system to monitor its growth, with reports on ecological impacts and management outcomes over three years. Local farmers with rights to cultivate the land will care for the trees, and after three years, they will retain the rights to manage the trees and harvest products for income.

Noble is committed to being one of the organizations that advocates for greater environmental awareness in society for sustainable coexistence. Follow Noble's activities and projects in the coming years at https://www.noblehome.com or https://www.facebook.com/NobleDevelopment.
