National Housing Authority Selects Talented Individuals for NHA Young Blood Project to Enhance Knowledge for Sustainable Organizational Development
Mr. Thaveepong Vichaidit, Governor of the National Housing Authority, stated that the National Housing Authority has a primary mission to develop housing alongside improving the quality of life for citizens. It also emphasizes the development of human resources, which are crucial for driving the mission under the vision of "Building Homes, Creating Happiness for a Better Quality of Life." General Supach Malaniyom, Chairman of the National Housing Authority has responded to the policy of Mr. Warawut Silpa-archa, Minister of Social Development and Human Security, to enhance and improve personnel efficiency, as well as to integrate cooperation in work both within and outside the organization to drive successful outcomes that benefit the public to the highest extent.

The National Housing Authority has therefore accelerated the implementation of human resource development projects under a long-term personnel development plan, focusing on developing staff to be experts and professionals in housing development, community development, and urban development. They aim to foster creativity and innovation, along with readiness in digital technology for quality, ethical, and happy work. This has led the National Housing Authority to focus on enhancing the potential of employees at all levels through various skill enhancement programs, such as Upskilling/Reskilling, the NHA Young Blood project, and the Growth Mindset - Change Yourself for GROWTH program, among others.

The NHA Young Blood Project is a program where the National Housing Authority selects a group of energetic young personnel with potential to receive training, becoming experts in essential knowledge alongside management skills. They are equipped with the ability to learn, creativity, innovation, and can lead change within the organization, while also strengthening organizational values, leadership, and vision, demonstrating their potential in developing projects for sustainable organizational growth.

Ms. Nattacha Sopha, Asset Management Staff 4, one of the trainees in the NHA Young Blood project, expressed her joy at being selected to represent her group in the NHA Young Blood project. They presented the "Sustainable Community Product Development Project," a course on community product packaging development, to enable community products to be sold and compete in the market. Training was provided to residents of the Khao Khaeng Housing Project (Salaya 3) to enhance their understanding of packaging design and labeling for community products, promoting resident participation in the community and enabling the development of community products to generate additional income.
“The NHA Young Blood project not only enhances the quality of personnel in the National Housing Authority but also helps elevate the community's quality of life in all dimensions, including generating income for households and communities. It is also the starting point for building a sustainable economic foundation,” Mr. Thaveepong concluded.
