This special occasion marks a site visit and preparations for the official launch of the world's highest Nobu restaurant this September, offering an elevated dining experience with stunning views of the Bangkok skyline surrounded by the Chao Phraya River. Nobu Bangkok is located on the 57th to 60th floors at EA Rooftop at The Empire, one of the largest rooftop dining and drinking destinations in the world. It has been designed by Rockwell Group, a globally renowned architecture and design firm from New York, inspired by the landscapes and nature of Bangkok, featuring three distinct characteristics on the map of Thailand: city, river, and mountains. The decor showcases Thai artistry by incorporating traditional Thai craftsmanship techniques, such as woven patterns and wood carvings, blended with traditional Japanese art forms like Kintsugi and calligraphy. Each floor features a unique design, providing a diverse dining experience and comprehensive service suitable for family dining, romantic dinners, parties, and special celebrations.

  • Begin your warm welcome on the 57th floor, enjoying a lounge with a bar featuring a sculpture made of semi-gloss black plaster, adorned with shimmering gold reliefs that reflect light like crystal. This sets a delightful tone for guests as they sip drinks before experiencing dining in private dining rooms inspired by the concept of a tea ceremony, including the largest dining suite in the restaurant, designed with inspiration from contemporary Japanese sake rooms, featuring large windows with views of the beautiful Bang Kachao bend. All dining rooms have a total seating capacity of 42, with the outdoor area emphasizing soft tones like cream yellow and light wood, creating a serene and luxurious atmosphere.
  • The 58th floor stands out with custom lacquered wood decor and carved wooden art. The lounge seating is surrounded by curved steel, decorated with Thai floral embroidery and blue leather furniture. The indoor dining area can accommodate up to 80 guests, highlighted by the sushi bar, a signature of the Nobu brand, adorned with luminous onyx and a golden sculpture on the ceiling covered with smoky glass reflecting the sky, beautifully hanging down. The outdoor area on the 58th floor features a special allocation for a two-level outdoor terrace, with every seat facing the view, accommodating over 126 seats, along with a central bar designed sculpturally, complemented by lighting along the seating to create a memorable dining atmosphere.
  • On the 60th floor, discover the highest Nobu rooftop bar, offering an unobstructed open-air view experience unlike any other Nobu restaurant in the world. The circular space is surrounded by an infinity pool, with over 54 seats. This bar features a highlight of a large, stunning arched sculpture, adorned with golden mosaic patterns that enhance the rooftop view beautifully.

Nobu Bangkok and Rooftop Bar is staffed with expert chefs who create special menus, uniquely blending flavors from Japan and Peru. Highlight dishes include Toro Tartar served with garlic and finely chopped onions in soy sauce and wasabi, indulging in flavors with caviar and scallions; Yellowtail Jalapeno sashimi in yuzu soy sauce with jalapeno, seasoned with garlic and cilantro for an aromatic taste; and Beef Toban Yaki, premium tenderloin grilled with rich garlic broth, drizzled with yuzu soy sauce, served with onions, green beans, and various mushrooms. Guests can also enjoy a variety of signature drinks, including sake, champagne, martinis, and more.
