Mr. Ongart Suwannakul, Senior Assistant Managing Director of Condominium Project Development at Sansiri Public Company Limited (SIRI), a leading real estate developer in Thailand, stated, "Sansiri has grown robustly over the past 40 years, starting from our entry into the real estate business with the development of 'Kaimook House,' our first condominium project located on Hua Hin beach, which has been a flagship project for Sansiri and has created a 'Talk of the Town' buzz since its launch. Currently, Sansiri is expanding its condominium portfolio with 20 brands to meet all customer needs across every segment and price level, covering potential locations nationwide. In 2024, the Sansiri condominium business aims for resilient growth with plans to launch 20 condominium projects worth a total of 26 billion baht, setting a record high in the Thai real estate sector, with sales targets of 21 billion baht and transfers of 13 billion baht."

“At Sansiri, we prioritize portfolio management to ensure continuous growth in line with economic conditions while maintaining our standard as the number one brand in the market through outstanding design and quality standards in products and services. Over the past five months, Sansiri has achieved sales of over 7.3 billion baht (35% of the sales target) and transfers of 3.4 billion baht (26% of the transfer target). In the remaining months of the year, we will continue to recognize revenue from ongoing projects and are ready to transfer 14 projects worth 15.7 billion baht this year,” Mr. Ongart added.
The condominium business is fully driving towards success under the corporate strategy, particularly focusing on developing projects in strategic locations in major cities and tourist areas, covering every segment and price level to meet all customer demands. Currently, Sansiri has 45% of new condominium projects in strategic locations (9 projects worth 11.8 billion baht), focusing on major cities and tourist destinations with potential, including Phuket, Chiang Mai, and the EEC market in the eastern region, from Pattaya and Bangsaen to Khon Kaen, as well as Hua Hin, where Sansiri has expertise for over 40 years. The highlight of the new project is Canvas Cherng Talay, valued at 1.6 billion baht, located in the Cherng Talay-Bang Tao area of Phuket, which is becoming a popular 'Happening' location among Europeans who mostly come for long stays, set to launch later this year.

New projects are being developed in prime locations with high demand in the CBD area, including Via 34, valued at 1.4 billion baht on Sukhumvit 34, and Via 61, valued at 1.2 billion baht on Sukhumvit 61. Both projects will be developed under the Via brand, which is part of Sansiri's Aesthetic Collection, along with another new project from the One of a Kind Project series, uniquely positioned in a prime location on Sukhumvit 36.
Additionally, Sansiri is set to launch two highlight campaigns: Pets Welcome Condo, targeting the pet-friendly condominium market in response to the growing trend of pet ownership among condo residents. Soon, there will be the launch of PYNN Soonvijai, set to debut in Q3, along with Pets Welcome Kits to care for furry friends during visits to the condominium projects.
Moreover, Sansiri is continuing to refresh its successful condominium brand with a major rebranding of THE BASE to align with changing lifestyles, alongside developing products that cater to the lifestyles of target groups in each location, including expanding spaces with wider layouts, increasing green areas, and loft-style room designs. For the first time, THE BASE brand will allow pets in two locations set to launch this year, with a total of four projects, including THE BASE Rise Phuket, near Central Phuket, starting at 1.89 million baht, and two new projects in the Ratchada and Wong Sawang areas, along with one new location in Khon Kaen, with a total project value of 5.7 billion baht.

Continuing the launch of Affordable Condos under the dcondo brand, targeting large community locations near universities and employment hubs with high demand for condos, Sansiri is preparing to launch four projects worth a total of 3.9 billion baht and is set to transfer six projects worth a total of 6.5 billion baht soon. Upcoming launches include dcondo sense Bangsan, valued at 880 million baht, and dcondo calm, valued at 820 million baht, in Q2, along with new projects under the condo me and Vay brands, featuring affordable prices and complete furnishings across various locations, totaling three projects worth 1.11 billion baht.
Another significant highlight is the development of Super Luxury Condominiums, which is a strength of Sansiri, trusted by customers who have confidence in the brand and its 40 years of expertise as a real estate developer that sets the standard for creating world-class designs. Recently, Sansiri set a new record by selling a penthouse with a private pool valued at nearly 500 million baht in a project located in Chidlom, even before its official launch. There are also two new projects in the Sarasin and Sukhumvit 51 areas, poised to achieve success following the Sansiri Luxury Collection (SLC) projects and ready to make history in the Thai real estate sector.
