This collaboration aims to create the largest food lounge in the ‘Phenix’ project, a global food hub located in the strategic Pratunam area (World’s Food Wholesale Hub with Largest Food Lounge in Pratunam). Developed under the concept “Flavor Gets Its Wing Worldwide,” the project will bring together world-class culinary experiences in one place and host various food-related activities throughout the year. The ‘Phenix’ project is set to open on June 26, 2024.

During the event, interest was shown by Michelin-recommended restaurant operators, legendary street food vendors, and renowned eateries worth following, such as Pad Thai Fire, Lert Tip, 40-Year-Old Rad Na, Mr. Sai's Crispy Pork, Eew Pad Thai with Water Mimosa from Talat Phlu, Assawin Boat Noodles, April’s Bakery, Ah Mong Mala, Mr. Joe's Guay Jab, and Sam Yan Porridge, among others. Ms. Wallapa Traisorat, CEO and Managing Director of Asset World Corp Public Company Limited, provided details about the project at the Bangkok Marriott Hotel The Surawongse ballroom, uniting restaurant operators to deliver an exceptional Thai culinary experience on an international level, continuing the country's strengths in Gastronomy Tourism. She invited food entrepreneurs, customers, food lovers, food influencers, and tourists from around the world to visit the ‘Phenix’ project to experience a diverse range of culinary styles all in one place.

The food lounge within the ‘Phenix’ project is designed to be the largest food lounge in the strategic Pratunam area, right in the heart of Bangkok, offering a comprehensive culinary experience. It includes over 20,000 square meters of Co-Living space, Phenix Grand Ballroom, a demonstration kitchen, Taste Kitchen, entertainment areas, meeting rooms, and Phenix Auditorium Hall, along with various zones catering to every lifestyle, such as Networking Zone with diverse seating for meetings or gatherings with friends and partners, Chill Zone for working with ample charging outlets, Family Zone featuring a playground for kids and delicious family-friendly menus, Dining & Entertainment Zone for dining and hanging out with live music, shows, and a giant screen for live broadcasts, as well as Grab & Go Zone for ordering food via an app, all equipped with conveniences as a hub of culinary excellence, supporting Thailand’s ambition to become a global food destination (Food Ecosystem Destination).
