SC Asset presents the 'Sunshine Market,' bringing the community of SC residents to the heart of the city, inviting everyone to taste, view, and shop at the SC resident market at EmQuartier.

Following the launch of Morning Coin, a blockchain technology that connects SC residents to a world of exclusive privileges.

Recently, SC Asset organized the 'Sunshine Market' for shoppers to enjoy a variety of stalls from SC residents offering a wide range of products to choose from, including food, bakery items, household goods, collectibles, and more. Residents also had the opportunity to experience using Morning Coin to purchase various products and services at the event. This event marked a grand gathering of the SC community in the city center at QUARTIER AVENUE, G Floor, EmQuartier, from May 17-19, 2023.

Ms. Chomchada Kuladilok, Head of Corporate Brand Strategy at SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited, stated, "This year, SC Asset enters its third decade. We have launched 'Morning Coin' (MNC), an innovation that connects residents to a world of exclusive privileges, under the concept of #OneHomeMillionValues within the SC Asset Reward Program 'The S.U.N.' which consists of S Special for 'special' discounts and other privileges, U Unique for 'different' activities that are carefully curated, and N Network for 'networking' activities designed to enhance the quality community of our customers, bringing them closer together for future opportunities and possibilities.

To thank our customers and reinforce our commitment to connecting quality communities, supporting the improvement of the SC community, and creating opportunities to add value for our residents, SC has organized the 'Sunshine Market' for joyful shopping with SC resident shops under the concept 'Customers are like the sun; because of you, we shine.' This year's market features over 40 shops from residents, offering food, clothing, and even pet supplies, with attendees encouraged to bring their pets to the event.

The event will be divided into:

  • Fashion & Lifestyle Zone featuring a variety of fashion and lifestyle products from SC resident shops.
  • Food & Beverage Zone showcasing food, snacks, and drinks from SC resident shops, including well-known establishments like Ama Bakery, CHA BAR BKK, Cheesecake House & Restaurant, and Chubbie Chew BKK, as well as new shops to support SC residents' businesses.
  • Exhibition Zone where SC will share stories and technologies related to SC Asset, with an MC to engage attendees and provide information on using Morning Coin.

Additionally, there will be stage activities, musical performances, and the 'Sunshine Got Talent' show featuring SC residents to create a warm and enjoyable atmosphere for all attendees throughout the three days.

Another important highlight of this event for all SC residents is the opportunity to open the MNC Wallet through the RueJai App to receive Morning Coin (MNC) for discounts on homes and condos, along with unlimited exchange for products and services at the 'RueJai Store.' Residents can receive 5,000 MNC upon opening the MNC Wallet for the first time and an additional 2,000 MNC by attending the event (limited to 300 slots). Over the three days of the 'Sunshine Market,' many SC residents and the general public attended, enjoying the fun and warmth of the SC community," Ms. Chomchada concluded.
