Perfect is rolling out its strategy to penetrate the western zone and reclaim its title as the sales champion in the Rattanathibet-Ratchaphruek area, launching <\/span><\/strong>3<\/span><\/strong> new projects within <\/span><\/strong>2<\/span><\/strong> years, with a total value of <\/span><\/strong>6,700<\/span><\/strong> million baht. This includes “Perfect Place,” single houses near the Purple Line, and “Perfect Masterpiece,” luxury homes along Rattanathibet Road, along with plans to develop a new luxury home brand by the Chao Phraya River in the Chaeng Watthana-Thai Chamber of Commerce area, aiming to establish it as both a quality residential area and a new business district in the western zone.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

Mr. Wongsakorn Prasithwiphat, Managing Director of Property Perfect Public Company Limited,<\/strong> revealed that the company plans to boost sales in the western zone, including Rattanathibet, Ratchaphruek, and Chaeng Watthana-Thai Chamber of Commerce. <\/strong><\/span> Currently, the western zone is experiencing clear physical expansion, with transportation networks serving as a connection point for the subway, bustling with community malls and rapid growth, making this area a top choice for homebuyers. Especially the Rattanathibet-Ratchaphruek area, where the company has expertise, has seen Property Perfect develop over <\/span>2,000<\/span> rai or over <\/span>14,000<\/span> units, making it one of the first developers to enter this residential area.<\/span>

In the next <\/span>2<\/span> years (2024-2025), the company plans to launch <\/span>3<\/span> new projects in the Rattanathibet-Ratchaphruek area, covering nearly <\/span>100<\/span> rai, with a total value of <\/span>6,700<\/span> million baht, after not launching new projects in this zone for over 5 years. The new products will be designed to stand out, and this year, the company is set to unveil the new project “Perfect Place Ratchaphruek-Rattanathibet,” which will feature single houses near the Purple Line, Bang Rak Noi Tha It station, with a project value of 2,000 million baht, covering 45 rai with 163 units priced between 10-20 million baht. The project will feature a completely upgraded image with new house designs to continue the success of the Perfect Place brand in the western zone.<\/span>

The company also has a beautiful plot of land by the Chao Phraya River, covering <\/span>13<\/span> rai, with plans to develop a new luxury home brand valued at approximately <\/span>1,100<\/span> million baht.
