Tri Vananda Launches Health Resort by La Prairie, the First of Its Kind in Southeast Asia in Phuket

The goal is to serve as a model for future living spaces with the concept of Integrative Wellness, focusing on multigenerational living where everyone has their own special space to learn, grow, and coexist sustainably.Clinique La Prairie and Montara Hospitality Group have announced a significant collaboration and plan to open Health Resort by La Prairie at Tri Vananda in 2025 within the “Tri Vananda Phuket” project, marking the first health resort of Clinique La Prairie in Southeast Asia.

The “Tri Vananda” project by Montara Hospitality Group is a comprehensive wellness community in Phuket, focusing on integrating holistic health care, including medical science, nutrition, mental health recovery, and mindfulness training to create peace in life. The project will consist of a total of 70 villas, with the first phase including 30 villas designed to connect with nature. Recently, Montara Hospitality Group has partnered with Clinique La Prairie to launch and manage the health resort “Health Resort by La Prairie at Tri Vananda, which will feature 40 villas set to be completed in 2025. Every area of the project is designed to harmonize with the lush natural surroundings and provide world-class health services, catering to people of all ages. Additionally, the Tri Vananda project aims to enhance sustainable living with minimal environmental impact by utilizing renewable energy and wastewater treatment systems for efficient natural resource use.

Clinique La Prairie was established in 1931 in Switzerland by Dr. Niehans, a pioneer in the science of youth, and is a renowned health recovery hotel that applies anti-aging science to holistic health care supported by scientific research. Medical care is one of the four philosophies of Clinique La Prairie, so every program includes medical testing, expert consultations, and medical rehabilitation therapies, providing personalized care for long-term positive outcomes for all clients. The first health hotel of Clinique La Prairie is located in Montreux, Switzerland, featuring a total of 35 rooms and suites. Furthermore, Clinique La Prairie has expanded its health centers under the name “Longevity Hub by Clinique La Prairie” to various countries, including Madrid, Bangkok, Doha, Taipei, and Dubai. The Health Resort by Clinique La Prairie, which will open at “Tri Vananda Phuket,” is the first health resort of Clinique La Prairie in Southeast Asia.

A recent report by Global Wellness Institute reveals that the wellness real estate sector is the fastest-growing segment in the wellness market, expected to reach a market value of $887.5 billion (approximately 31,950 billion baht) by 2027, up from $398 billion (approximately 14,447.4 billion baht) in 2022.

The Health Resort by Clinique La Prairie at the Tri Vananda project will feature modern health assessment equipment, an Active Movement Center, an Olympic-sized swimming pool, as well as health-focused restaurants and personalized nutrition care, a holistic health promotion center, and a mindfulness center in the Grand Hall “Manora,” distinguished by beautiful architecture inspired by traditional Thai performing arts.
Currently, the Tri Vananda project is ready to offer luxurious private villas in 2, 3, and 4-bedroom configurations, where residents can utilize the Pru Jampa Community House, which has been operational since 2020, as a communal space catering to the lifestyle of all ages, featuring a bar, lounge, swimming pool, and an Active Movement Center equipped with Biocircuit AI technology by Technogym for personalized exercise equipment settings. Additionally, there are beautiful lush gardens, outdoor playgrounds, and multipurpose areas, along with the Tweenie Club, a space for children and teenagers to learn about healthy lifestyles to foster a health-conscious life from a young age through fun and accessible activities.

Another highlight of the project is the Michelin Green Star restaurant “Jampa,” located within the Pru Jampa Community House, featuring Chef Rick Dingen, who creates special menus under the concept of All Day Dining, emphasizing nutritional balance and the use of seasonal local ingredients from Tri Vananda’s own Pru Jampa farm, as well as from local farmers and fishermen. The “Jampa” restaurant operates on principles of sustainability and the most efficient use of natural ingredients, with leftover vegetables used as chicken feed on the farm. Additionally, food scraps are converted into high-quality natural fertilizer to support organic, chemical-free farming.
