In addition to the "Lannatique Destination" project in Chiang Mai, AWC has also received shareholder approval to increase investments in quality real estate projects in two prime locations in Bangkok, including the investment in the OP Garden project in Bang Rak to connect with the flagship project, The Plaza Athénée, Nobu Hotel & Spa Bangkok, along the Chao Phraya River, promoting riverside tourism, expected to open around Q4 2027, and a hotel project on Sukhumvit 38, a trendy lifestyle area in Bangkok, aimed at developing a wellness hotel, expected to open around Q3 2028, further supporting Thailand's goal of becoming a global sustainable tourism destination, reflecting AWC's commitment to conducting business under a sustainable development strategy with the mission of "Creating a Better Future."
