The record date for shareholders (Record Date) is May 8, 2024, with dividends to be paid on May 24, 2024. They also approved the issuance of bonds not exceeding 500 million Baht to support growth, expand the business, and invest in new projects as planned.

Mr. Pridikorn Buranupakorn, CEO of Ornasirin Holding Public Company Limited (ORN), stated that the shareholders' meeting has resolved to approve an additional annual dividend payment for 2023 in cash at the rate of 0.05 Baht per share, amounting to a total of 75 million Baht. The record date for shareholders entitled to receive the dividend is set for May 8, 2024, with the dividend payment scheduled for May 24, 2024.

For the year 2023, the company has paid a total dividend of 0.559 Baht per share, amounting to 626,921,278 Baht, which represents a payout ratio of 100.69% of net profit after legal reserves, exceeding the dividend policy of at least 40% of net profit.

Additionally, the company has approved the issuance of bonds up to 500 million Baht to be offered to the general public or institutional investors in the country, aimed at providing funding to support business expansion and invest in new projects to drive growth according to the established business plan.
