Supalai Public Company Limited <\/span><\/strong>(Public)<\/span><\/strong><\/span> <\/span>led by <\/span>Dr. Prateep Tangmothatham, Chairman of the Executive Board, along with the company's board of directors <\/strong><\/span>attended the <\/strong><\/span>Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for 2024 <\/strong><\/span>to report on the operational results for 2023 and the company's growth plans for 2024. The meeting approved a dividend payment for the 2023 fiscal year to shareholders at a rate of <\/span>1.45 Baht per share, having already paid an interim dividend of <\/span>0.70 Baht. The remaining dividend for the last six months of 2023 will be <\/span>0.75 Baht per share. The record date for shareholders entitled to receive the dividend for 2023 is set for May 8, 2024, with the payment scheduled for May 21, 2024.<\/span><\/p>

In 2023, the company achieved remarkable success with total revenue of <\/span>31,818 million Baht, a net profit of 5,989 million Baht, and sales of 28,864 million Baht. For 2024, the company is committed to growing its business steadily with strong financial capabilities, aiming to break its own record by launching <\/span><\/em>the highest number of projects, totaling <\/span><\/em>42 projects worth a total of 50,000 million Baht, covering up to 29 provinces nationwide.<\/span><\/p>
