Asset World Corp Public Company Limited (AWC), a Thai real estate developer focused on comprehensive lifestyle solutions, has signed a collaboration agreement with the ‘Thailand Chefs Association’, an organization promoting the development of skills and expertise among chefs and food professionals, to create a significant phenomenon in the food industry at “AEC FOOD WHOLESALE PRATUNAM”, the global food wholesale hub. This partnership aims to strengthen the chef community and prepare for the ‘World Junior Chef Championship’ and ‘AEC Chef Academy’ to develop high-potential personnel to drive Thailand as a global food industry center, continuously creating activities and innovations in food throughout the year, enhancing the soft power of Thai cuisine and supporting the growth of the global food wholesale business.

AWC and the Thailand Chefs Association are preparing the AEC Event Hall, a 2,600 square meter space equipped with comprehensive technology and facilities at the “AEC FOOD WHOLESALE PRATUNAM” project to host international cooking competitions, kicking off the first phase in June with the ‘World Junior Chef Championship’, a cooking competition series for novice chefs competing for the title of Thailand's number one. This initiative will provide a platform for young chefs and food talents to showcase their skills and creativity in cooking together. Additionally, the ‘AEC Chef Academy’ will be established as a training institute for food personnel, collaborating with partner networks to develop training curricula covering cooking techniques, safety, menu planning, kitchen management, as well as knowledge in investment and restaurant management, tailored to international standards and industry trends. Trainees at the ‘AEC Chef Academy’ will also have opportunities for internships and employment with hotels and projects within AWC’s network of global food business operators under the AEC FOOD WHOLESALE PRATUNAM project. Furthermore, members of the hotel and food business community on the PhenixBox platform can select trainees for internships or employment to further their career growth. The curriculum will also feature cooking demonstrations for trainees to showcase their abilities, promoting their potential to grow into professional chefs in the future.
