Built Land Public Company Limited is undergoing a major business development portfolio adjustment and has announced its success in the past year by completing all projects. The company is leveraging strategies to generate recurring revenue by developing the 'Koo Hotel' and 'B Work' office building to strengthen its income base. Additionally, it is preparing to enter the horizontal market with the launch of 6 projects and the development of 3 new brands: MYRRA, TERRA, and LAKE TEMPO, with LAKE TEMPO being a major mega project covering over 200 rai in Sai Noi District, Nonthaburi, with a total value exceeding 4.7 billion baht. Furthermore, the company is expanding its business scope to create a real estate ecosystem, driving 'Built Heart' to grow with comprehensive real estate services, supported by a large plant nursery to back its projects under the concept 'Built for Better Life by Built Land: A happy family is a good starting point.'

Mr. Chai Rat Thamapeera, CEO of Built Land Public Company Limited stated, “Built Land Public Company Limited has been in operation for 15 years. During this time, we have launched 8 condominium projects and 6 horizontal projects, totaling 14 projects valued at over 7.48 billion baht, and we have successfully completed sales within the specified timeframe. Additionally, in 2023, we decided to invest in real estate projects to generate recurring revenue for the company, including the B Work office building and Co-Working & Event Space in the Chaeng Watthana area, along with the development of Koo Hotel, a stylish budget hotel catering to both tourists and conference attendees at Impact Muang Thong Thani. The launch of these two projects has generated significant recurring revenue. This year, we plan to prepare a second hotel in the Ngamwongwan area to ensure continuous revenue generation. For the project development business, Built Land is focusing on the horizontal market by launching 6 horizontal projects covering every segment and developing 3 new brands: MYRRA, TERRA, and LAKE TEMPO, which is the largest mega project we have ever developed in Sai Noi District, covering over 200 rai, with a total project value exceeding 4.7 billion baht.”


Mr. Witoon Apivaththanapong, Deputy Managing Director of Built Land Public Company Limited revealed that this year we are ready to launch a total of 6 horizontal projects, including 1 existing brand project, RITMO PARKVIEW (Ritmo Parkview Chaiyaphruek-Chaeng Watthana), a Nordic-style twin house project that integrates a happy lifestyle with green spaces throughout the project, located in a new lifestyle area at the intersection of Ratchaphruek and Chaeng Watthana, with only 72 units starting at 4.77 million baht, project value 360 million baht. Additionally, there are 5 projects under 3 new brands: MYRRA 1 project, TERRA 3 projects, and LAKE TEMPO, which is the largest project we have ever developed. Within the Lake Tempo project, there will be 4 sub-projects to meet the needs of customers in every segment, including single houses, twin houses, and large luxury villas, with large forest gardens and a Lake Plaza featuring around 20 standalone shops.

For B Work, which is a co-working space and meeting room service, it currently has continuous customer usage since its opening. Meanwhile, Koo Hotel is a stylish budget hotel with an average occupancy rate of 50%, and we expect the occupancy rate to increase as the hotel becomes more well-known.
