SAM is seizing the booming real estate market in Phuket by showcasing a beautiful plot of vacant land over 1 rai in the heart of the city, close to Patong Beach. The auction will take place on March 29, along with hundreds of other properties across the country valued at over 500 million baht, available for bidding.

Ms. Sirinat Naeng-onng, Acting Managing Director of Sukhumvit Asset Management Company (SAM), revealed that the domestic tourism sector is showing signs of growth, leading to a recovery in the real estate investment market in several provinces, particularly in Phuket.
