Mr. Sira Udon (center), Chief Operating Officer of the Real Estate Business Group along with Mr. Atthawit Chalermphakdee (left), Chief Operating Officer of the New Business Group, and Ms. Tipawan Karunsetthichai (right), Acting Chief Financial Officer of Noble Development Public Company Limited (NOBLE) presented a summary of the financial results for 2023 at the Opportunity Day event for listed companies meeting investors. They announced plans for 2024 to launch 7 new projects with a total project value of over 22.61 billion baht, aiming for total annual revenue of 14 billion baht and pre-sales of 20.6 billion baht. The goal is to become one of the top 5 real estate development companies in Thailand while continuing to expand investments into new businesses under Serve Solutions Co., Ltd., focusing on property management services, sales and rental services, as well as furniture sourcing services, with plans to push for a listing on the Stock Exchange of Thailand in the future.
