Seacon Unveils SEACON FAST FORWARD Strategy to Transform the Thai Homebuilding Business for B2B and B2C, Aiming for 10-15% Sales Growth
Seacon continues its legacy as a leader in the homebuilding industry for over 63 years, announcing its business plan for 2024 with a focus on B2B and B2C customers through the SEACON FAST FORWARD strategy. This includes expanding its second structural manufacturing plant to meet market demand, collaborating with leading partner brands in the real estate sector, and unveiling the new Greenery SEACON home series that offers an urban lifestyle connected to nature. The company is confident in achieving a total business growth of 10-15% in 2024.
Mr. Manu Trakulwatanakij, Managing Director of Seacon Co., Ltd., believes that the homebuilding market in 2024 has growth potential compared to the previous year, with projected revenues reaching 14 billion baht. He asserts that customers looking to build homes on their own land still have purchasing power, particularly for homes priced from 8 to 10 million baht and above. Company data indicates that this customer segment often pays in cash without seeking bank loans.
For 2024, the company aims for a growth rate of approximately 10-15% from sales of around 2 billion baht in 2023. This will be achieved through the SEACON FAST FORWARD strategy, integrating organizational sustainability with E-S-G principles alongside the development of new business ventures and enhancing the capabilities of the Seacon team to accelerate organizational progress, ensuring excellent service delivery to meet the demands of both B2C and B2B consumers.

Seacon is intensifying its focus on business sustainability through an ESG strategy that emphasizes responsible environmental (E-Environment) and social (S-Social) practices, along with good governance (G-Governance) and sustainable development goals (SDGs). The company is committed to managing operations according to governance principles, considering both positive and negative impacts on stakeholders, the economy, society, and the environment, and is prepared to address various issues holistically, leading to sustainable development.
Additionally, Seacon is aggressively entering the homebuilding market through both online and offline marketing. The company’s online customer base has been growing annually and converting into satisfactory sales. For offline marketing, promotional activities are being organized to reach potential customers. In the first quarter of 2024, Seacon will participate in two major exhibitions: the Homebuilding and Materials Focus 2024 from February 17-25, 2024, at Impact Hall 8, Muang Thong Thani, and the Home and Garden Select 2024 from March 23-31, 2024, at Bitec Bangna.
A key strategy to achieve this year's sales target is the development of new business ventures to meet market demands. In 2024, a new semi-finished structural component manufacturing plant will be established in Lam Luk Ka, Klong 12, covering over 26 rai, with a production capacity of up to 120,000 pieces per year. This facility will support customers who book home constructions with Seacon and Seacon ID, as well as clients in real estate projects, single-family homes, resorts, and apartments.
Furthermore, Seacon has announced a joint venture with Nyan Estate Co., Ltd., leveraging expertise and experience in the homebuilding business to instill confidence in customers. Two new projects are currently under development.
This year, Seacon will launch six new home designs developed under the Greenery SEACON concept, focusing on integrating nature into living spaces. Each design features a courtyard that serves as a private area, embodying traditional Asian wisdom that can be adapted to various lifestyles, providing tranquility away from external chaos. The courtyard also facilitates air circulation and natural light, serving as a viewpoint for all key rooms in the house.
