In 2024, SC will have a total of 86 projects for sale, with a total value of 91 billion baht, launching 17 new projects worth a total of 30 billion baht, divided as follows:

New Horizontal Projects: 15 projects valued at 25 billion baht, featuring a new brand called “Connoisseur” starting at 80 million baht, and lifestyle homes specifically designed as #SCHomeIntrovert and #SCHomeExtrovert.

New Vertical Projects: 2 projects valued at 5 billion baht under the Reference brand.

Additionally, SC is ready to deliver innovations such as safety monitoring technology through the Command Centre system and smart technology via RueJai Intelligence, enhancing experiences with specially curated activities through the utility token Morning Coin.

Engine 2 - Businesses Generating Regular Income

A total of 17 projects from 4 businesses, divided as follows:

1. Office Rental - Total rental area of 120,000 sq.m. from 6 office buildings.

2. Hotels - A total of 545 keys from 3 hotel projects, with YANH Rajavithi (78 keys) already opened, Kromo (located on Sukhumvit 29) managed by Curio Collection by Hilton (306 keys) set to open at the end of this year, and another project in Pattaya (161 keys) opening early next year.

3. Warehouses - Total rental area of 160,000 sq.m. from 4 warehouse projects, with 16,000 sq.m. already operational in Nakhon Sawan, and 144,000 sq.m. set to open this year and next in 3 locations: Bangna Km. 20, Bangna Km. 22, and Laem Chabang, along with a joint venture with Storage Asia to enter the self-storage market under the i-Store brand.

4. Rental Properties in the United States - A total of 78 rooms in 4 locations in downtown Boston.
