Sukhumvit Asset Management Company Limited (SAM) participated in welcoming customers at the “Debt Resolution Fair: Creating a Path to Justice” organized in collaboration with the Department of Rights and Liberties Protection. The event aimed to assist customers in restructuring their debts with SAM who have defaulted or are unable to make payments as per their contracts. It provided an opportunity for them to enter into debt mediation processes both before legal action and after a judgment has been made, allowing them to consult, negotiate, and find solutions together to resolve their debts. Additionally, it supported individuals facing issues with bad debts from credit cards, cash cards, and unsecured personal loans with financial institutions for over 120 days, under the “Debt Clinic Project by SAM” held at Dusit Thani University in Bangkok on January 27-28, 2024.
