SUCCESSOR – maintaining the number one position in luxury and ultra-luxury real estate; 2. THOUGHT LEADER – launching 2 unprecedented new projects; 3. CARETAKER – delivering exceptional customer care and extending to community care under the vision of ‘Sustainable Living’ for the sustainability of business, society, and the environment; 4. TASTEMAKER – creating outstanding project designs and superior services in collaboration with world-class partners. The launch of ‘OCC’, the highest luxury Grade A+ office building in Thailand, will provide a full experience, attracting leading F&B and lifestyle brands to create a new working and living experience as a new Lifestyle Destination in the heart of Bangkok.

Mr. Korn Narongdej, CEO of RML, stated, “For 2024, the company has set its operational direction under the concept of ‘REIMAGINING THE PINNACLE OF LIVING’ through 4 areas of focus to strengthen the business and provide the ultimate living experience to our customers. We will continue to adhere to the philosophy of ‘Luxury Reimagined’ as the core of our business operations.”

The concept of ‘REIMAGINING THE PINNACLE OF LIVING’ focuses on the following 4 areas:

1. SUCCESSOR

RML aims to achieve strong performance by closing sales on all projects and fully meeting the quota for foreign customers, as it has successfully done in the past. For this year, there are 2 ready-to-move-in projects: ‘The Estelle Phrom Phong’, an ultra-luxury condominium, with a target of 100% ownership transfer in the first quarter of 2024, and ‘Tait Sathorn 12’, aiming to close sales in the first half of 2024 and achieve 100% ownership transfer in the third quarter of 2024.

2. THOUGHT LEADER

The company is preparing to launch an exclusive special sales round for 2 ultra-luxury horizontal projects, with a total project value of approximately 10 billion baht, including 5 ultra-luxury houses in Sukhumvit, with an average starting price of 400 million baht each, totaling approximately 3 billion baht. The exclusive special sales round is set for late Q2 or early Q3 of 2024, along with an ultra-luxury horizontal project on Kamala Beach in Phuket, featuring 7 luxury villas with an average starting price of approximately 600 million baht, totaling around 7 billion baht, with an exclusive special sales round in Q4 of 2024.

3. CARETAKER

Delivering exceptional customer care because every customer is important and deserves attentive care and a special experience that leaves a lasting impression. This year, RML will create new activities for important customers through collaborations with leading luxury lifestyle brand partners across various industries to remain the top choice in customers' hearts.

Additionally, the company continues its commitment to social care through the For Better Lives Foundation, established by RML to conduct beneficial activities and assist society. The company will also continue its vision of ‘Sustainable Living’ by developing environmentally friendly projects and promoting green spaces in every project to enhance happiness while caring for the environment sustainably.

4. TASTEMAKER

RML maintains its strong position in world-class design. Current and future projects will continue to feature distinctive and unique designs to become landmarks in Asia, while seamlessly integrating the geographical and cultural context of the locations where the projects are situated. The company also provides superior services through global partners and the RML Service team to offer the best living experience to customers.

RML continues to grow strongly while maintaining its position as the number one leader in the luxury and ultra-luxury real estate market in Thailand, developing unique projects that are unmatched and becoming a new landmark in Asia. One of this year's highlights is ‘OCC (One City Centre)’, the highest luxury Grade A+ office building in Thailand, featuring a skywalk connecting to BTS Ploenchit, a massive project in collaboration with Mitsubishi Estate (Thailand), a leading Japanese real estate developer, with a project value of 8.8 billion baht, which we will fully open this year. Currently, the office space leasing rate from globally recognized companies and well-known Thai companies is approximately 55%, and we expect the office leasing rate to exceed 70% this year, while the retail leasing rate from premium stores is nearly full at around 90%, with only a few units remaining. We anticipate that the retail leasing rate will reach 100% in 2024,” Mr. Korn added.

All companies that have signed leases for office space in ‘OCC’ are globally recognized and well-known in Thailand across various businesses, including technology, e-commerce, co-working spaces, finance, and services. Some of the companies that can be publicly disclosed include The Boston Consulting Group (Thailand), Pacific Prime Consultants, Constellation Nord, DLA Piper, BNP Paribas, 10 Bridge, Waylar Corporation, Mitsubishi Estate (Thailand) Co., Ltd., Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (Thailand) Ltd., Mitsubishi Power (Thailand) Ltd., Marubeni Thailand Co., Ltd., CBRE (Thailand), Amadeus Asia, Cortina Watch, KOKUYO International (Thailand) Co., Ltd., Nihon M&A Center (Thailand) Co., Ltd., and JustCo, a leading flexible workspace provider in Asia located on floors 37 to 40 of the OCC building, which opened in September last year and plans to expand its space within the building in 2024.

Currently, nearly all retail spaces are open, ready to serve in 2024. The latest addition is Green & Been, which opened its first branch in Thailand, a café known for its special coffee beans and premium green tea ingredients imported from Japan, co-created by world-renowned chef Gaggan Anand, owner of the Michelin 2-star restaurant that ranked number 1 in Asia's 50 Best Restaurants for four consecutive years, along with German twin chefs Thomas and Mathias Sühring, famous for their Michelin-starred German restaurant, and Anupong Kuttikul, founder of the Carnival multi-brand shop and Thai streetwear brand.
