Sena Development Public Company Limited, or SENA is set to offer a new series of bonds, specifically registered bonds that are non-subordinated and unsecured, with a bondholder representative to general and institutional investors, with a total offering value not exceeding 1,000 million baht The bonds have a maturity of 2 years with a fixed interest rate of 5% per annum, with interest payments every 3 months throughout the bond's term

The company's and the bonds' credit rating is at "BBB" with a "negative" outlook from TRIS Rating Co., Ltd. as of September 12, 2023. This bond series will be available for subscription from January 26 to 30, 2024, through Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited, Kasikorn Bank Public Company Limited, Asia Plus Securities Co., Ltd., and Yuanta Securities (Thailand) Co., Ltd. The minimum subscription amount is 100,000 baht, with increments of 100,000 baht.
