Supalai Public Company Limited is enhancing physical health, mental well-being, and environmental sustainability by organizing an eco-friendly running event, “SUPALAI ECO RUN FUN TOGETHER 2023", at Chatuchak Park. This event encourages participants to run in a way that helps prevent global warming. Employees of Supalai have been involved from the start, contributing to the “Collect to Create” project, where they collected 420,000 bottle caps, amounting to 224 kilograms of plastic waste. These caps were upcycled into 600 medals, which can also be used as coasters. By turning bottle caps into medals, the event has reduced greenhouse gas emissions by 194.66 kilograms of CO2, equivalent to planting 3.2 trees that can absorb CO2 for 10 years. Additionally, the running shirts and medal ribbons are made from rPET (recycled PET) fibers sourced from water bottles. The event also minimized plastic use by providing drinks and snacks in containers made from natural or biodegradable materials.

Supalai cares not only for the environment but also for the well-being of all employees. The running event “SUPALAI ECO RUN FUN TOGETHER 2023" was honored by the presence of the running team led by Dr. Prateep Tangmattatham, Chairman of the Executive Board, Mrs. Atchara Tangmattatham, Vice Chairman, and Mr. Traitecha Tangmattatham, Managing Director, along with executives, who joined over 600 Supalai employees from across the country in a fun run. The event featured the FUN RUN 10 KM, HAPPY RUN 5 KM, and SMILE RUN 3 KM, with prizes awarded to the top three finishers in each category, as well as special awards for participants who focused on creative costumes to add color to the event.
