Sansiri Public Company Limited reaffirms its strength as a leader in sustainability within Thailand's real estate sector, led by Sri Ampai Rattanamayu (center), Chief Marketing Officer. The company has teamed up with eco-innovation partners including Siam Daikin Sales Co., Ltd., Thamsorn Co., Ltd., Quality Construction Products Public Company Limited, and PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited to announce a joint mission to continuously integrate sustainable innovations into Sansiri's project developments. This initiative aims to deliver every new Sansiri project with Green Living Designed Homes, starting from design and construction to the final handover. Recently, they delivered green innovation homes to residents of the new Setthasiri 11 project, totaling around 1,500 units, where each household can reduce energy consumption by up to 18% annually. This reflects their commitment to sustainability, as Sansiri is the first real estate company in Thailand to aim for net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050.

Innovative products and materials used in developing these green homes help reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Examples include energy-efficient inverter air conditioners that lower electricity bills and use R32 refrigerant, which does not harm the ozone layer and is environmentally friendly. Additionally, leftover lightweight brick materials from construction are repurposed into plant pots, and project fences are made from fiber materials produced through eco-friendly processes.

These materials emit less carbon dioxide compared to steel, and the water storage tanks are 100% Food Grade certified, ensuring safety for humans, animals, and plants while being environmentally friendly.
