Supalai Unites to Create Goodness: Restoring Ecological Balance by Releasing Marine Animals and Cleaning Up the Environment
Supalai Public Company Limited organized the event “Supalai Creates Goodness: Sharing Happiness with the Sea” to contribute to restoring balance and revitalizing coastal ecosystems. The event was led by Mr. Chawakorn Petchsalabkaew, Director of the Regional Project Division3, along with over 100 volunteer employees from Supalai in Phuket, Surat Thani, and Nakhon Si Thammarat, as well as local media from Phuket. They donated 100,000 baht to support the care of sea turtles, sharks, and other marine animals for their rehabilitation and conservation, preparing them for release back into the sea. They also provided microchips for tracking marine animals, which were received by Mr. Suthep Juealaor, Director of the Upper Andaman Marine and Coastal Resource Research Center in Phuket. Additionally, they worked together to release over 200 baby sharks and angelfish back into nature to conserve and increase marine biodiversity, while also cleaning up and collecting trash along the beach to protect the environment and reduce marine pollution.
The event “Supalai Creates Goodness: Sharing Happiness with the Sea” aimed at nature conservation, represents the company's commitment to environmental responsibility and encourages stakeholders to pay more attention to and prioritize environmental issues.
