Development Public Company Limited group, the purchasing power in the 'Khukhot' area is significant, with a population of approximately 240,000 people and a hidden population of 6%, or about 14,400 people, who have an average income of 40,000-200,000 Baht per month per household, primarily from employment and business ownership. This demographic has the purchasing power for housing priced between 2-10 million Baht, with popular housing types being detached and semi-detached houses with 3-4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 parking spaces, with usable areas ranging from 120-220 square meters, priced from 3 million Baht to no more than 10 million Baht per unit on land sizes from 42-55 square wah. Most buyers are families with members of various ages, including children, working adults, and seniors.
