Sansiri Announces 5-Year Investment Strategy for Phuket with 16 Projects Worth 15 Billion Baht, Supporting Local Community and Sustainable Development

With the addition of the new projects planned for the next 5 years, totaling 16 projects, Sansiri will have a total of 37 projects with a combined value of 36 billion baht,” said Mr. Apichart.

Recently, Phuket held a signing ceremony for a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the Phuket Crime-Free project, aimed at providing safe accommodation for foreigners (free from crime and drugs). This agreement was signed between Phuket Province, Phuket Provincial Police, Phuket Immigration, Phuket Tourist Police, Phuket Land Office, and Phuket Commerce Office on one side, and the Phuket Chamber of Commerce, Phuket Real Estate Association, Phuket Tourism Business Association, Southern Thai Hotel Association, and Phuket Hotel Association on the other, to ensure safety for foreign tourists.
