HOMA (โฮม่า) is a provider of environmentally friendly and affordable apartments, moving forward with the launch of its second project in the Cherng Talay area, building on the success of the HOMA Phuket Town project in Phuket Town.

HOMA offers a new lifestyle experience focused on community, affordability, sustainability, and the use of technology for design and convenience. The living experience at HOMA meets the needs of modern consumers who prioritize flexibility, mobility, and diverse experiences. HOMA provides quality living options along with services and activities suitable for both short-term and long-term rentals at reasonable prices.

HOMA offers high-quality housing with complete amenities in every project. Residents can use the fitness center and co-working spaces without additional charges through reservations made on the HOMA application, which provides convenient access to schedules and bookings for various activities such as yoga and fitness classes. Additionally, the application serves as a channel to connect with various services and updates within the project.

Luca Dotti, founder and managing director of HOMA, stated, "The growth of the sharing economy has led to an increased interest in rental housing, especially in cohesive communities. HOMA addresses this demand through housing designs that emphasize privacy while promoting community engagement. These principles are at the heart of HOMA, particularly in Phuket Town, which was not previously seen as a residential investment destination but has gained popularity with an average occupancy rate of 87%. Therefore, we see an opportunity to launch a new residential project in the Cherng Talay area, and we plan to introduce additional projects in 2024.

HOMA operates under four key principles: fostering community unity, providing financial value, committing to sustainability, and utilizing technology. These principles create an ideal environment and enhance the quality of life for residents.

Value Beyond Price

Standard services and amenities of the apartments, such as weekly cleaning, high-speed internet, drinking water, access to the fitness center, and co-working spaces, are included in the rent, helping residents save on both costs and time as there is no need to sign separate contracts with service providers for these services. Additionally, all rooms are fully furnished with quality kitchens and equipment, including premium cotton bed linens and towels.

Community

HOMA features diverse common areas, such as a gym, game room, swimming pool, and meeting rooms. HOMA organizes activities to strengthen community connections, such as weekly yoga classes, pet-friendly events, special workshops, and social gatherings. Residents can also use the common areas for private events.

HOMA focuses on providing quality housing while promoting engagement with the local community by supporting neighborhood businesses and honoring local artists. This connection not only enhances the quality of life for residents but also helps build strong relationships with the community.

Sustainability

HOMA projects include the installation of solar panels, energy-efficient appliances, LED lighting, and advanced air quality monitoring systems, along with efficient air conditioning to meet the modern living needs of residents. Furthermore, the HOMA Phuket Town project and the HOMA Cherng Talay project have been designed and constructed using sustainable materials, with a focus on reducing environmental impact to create eco-friendly living spaces that enhance residents' quality of life.

Prioritizing the environment not only helps protect the planet but also serves as a valuable business strategy that allows the company to reduce costs and lower carbon emissions.

Technology

HOMA offers the 'HOMA Mobile Guest App', an application designed to enhance the living experience. Residents can use this app to book co-working spaces or exercise classes as needed. It also includes functions for ordering room service, tracking event news, and providing information about local businesses offering various services, including health services and visa renewal for foreigners.

"HOMA offers a business model that meets the needs of both short-term and long-term residents. This flexibility allows us to attract a diverse clientele with a straightforward and hassle-free rental process, alleviating concerns about home purchasing or contract management for those seeking long-term stays, while those looking for short-term stays can enjoy a vibrant community and comprehensive amenities," Dotti added.

The Cherng Talay branch, set to launch in early 2023, offers a total of 423 rooms, including studio apartments, one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments, and three-bedroom apartments designed to meet all needs, whether for solo stays, couples, or families. This adds to the Phuket Town branch with 505 units and the Si Racha branch with 100 units. HOMA plans to launch a third project in Phuket in the Chalong Bay area, which will begin operations in 2025.
