The pilot project includes Belive in 3 locations: Ring Road-Sankamphaeng, Ruamchok, and Sansai-Maejo, along with the Habitat project in Ring Road-Sankamphaeng and the The Escape project at Mahidol, which emphasize energy-efficient design and innovative clean air solutions to help residents save on electricity costs and create a sustainable environment.

For Government Housing Bank, customers can pay only 3,400 THB/month for a duration of 1 year at an interest rate of 2.65% for the first year (average 3 years 3.30%).
