Mr. Thirayu Phanthmichaow, Technical Service Strategy Director at the Construction Products and Materials Company, stated that the Tiger Wall and Floor Technology Institute aims to elevate labor skill standards and seeks to improve the quality of life for construction workers through vocational training and the application of new technologies to enhance labor value. This is achieved through knowledge developed by Tiger Brand or in collaboration with business partners to help upskill craftsmen and related personnel towards professionalism through the 4M framework: Man (development of individual labor skills), Machine (development of tools and technology application), Method (development of work processes), and Material (development of cement and new materials) to meet the needs of construction contractors and property developers, as well as large, medium, and small contractors who can manage time, costs, budgets, and quality.
Additionally, Tiger Brand offers over 15 introductory training courses covering knowledge about cement products and their applications, standards for bricklaying and plastering work, standards for floor leveling work, standards for large tile installation, decorative work to enhance value for plastering and Décor and Loft Wall work, and standards for bricklaying and plastering according to professional standards.
