TOSTEM, a leading comprehensive aluminum door and window manufacturer from Japan, has opened a factory to showcase the TOSTEM Innovation Center and its innovative production processes. This includes aluminum extrusion and surface coating using anodizing technology and the unique TEXGUARD coating system in the aluminum coloring industry, resulting in beautifully designed, high-quality doors and windows that meet Japanese manufacturing standards.

Mr. Vicha Worasayan, Leader of the Housing Technology Business Group at LHT Asia Sales and Marketing Co., Ltd., the manufacturer of TOSTEM aluminum doors and windows, stated that the company has been operating a factory in Thailand for 36 years and has delivered over 300 million sets of doors and windows to customers in Thailand, ASEAN, and Japan. TOSTEM is one of the brands under LIXIL, which celebrates its 100th anniversary this year.

Currently, the factory is located in the Nakhon Pathom Industrial Estate, covering approximately 400 rai, with an aluminum production capacity of 7,000 tons per month, or 84,000 tons per year. Of this, 48% is exported, while 52% is sold in Thailand through over 150 dealers nationwide.

The standout features of TOSTEM products include design, performance, and quality, which meet high Japanese standards, making them durable and capable of withstanding stormy weather, pollution, and noise protection. The company pays close attention to safety in every piece and ensures the delivery of quality products through meticulous production processes, from aluminum extrusion to modern surface coating technologies, including anodizing and TEXGUARD. Additionally, there is a PRE-ENGINEERED system for ready-to-assemble products directly from the factory, ensuring consistent quality across all TOSTEM doors and windows, which can be customized to customer specifications. The TOSTEM Quality Performance Test Center (QPTC) tests aluminum materials for the industry through every process until delivery to customers.

Within the factory area of TOSTEM Thai Co., Ltd., which spans over 400 rai, there is the TOSTEM Innovation Center, designed to showcase TOSTEM products, including doors, windows, fences, and gates, highlighting the design, performance, and quality of the products, as well as the installation of TOSTEM doors and windows. All products are available in the ASEAN market, with ongoing product development and offerings from Japan for project clients and architects to experience firsthand, fostering understanding and confidence in purchasing decisions. It also serves as a learning space for all TOSTEM employees and product dealers.

The Innovation Center is divided into two sections:

1. Material Board (Disassemble) is a board that explains the features and components of TOSTEM doors and windows from each series, allowing customers to see the details clearly, leading to the selection of doors and windows suitable for their projects and residents.

2. The central showroom showcases products available in Japan, including TOSTEM's proud offering, the Panoramic Door, designed to provide a spacious view of the outside with a user-friendly handle function.

Additionally, there are various door and window models available in the ASEAN market, along with other Japanese products displayed to provide access to innovations and inspire visitors, such as the GIESTA Door Smart Lock, which can be opened and closed via smartphone or remote control, and automatic shutters controlled by remote. The TOSTEM Innovation Center also features a training room for TOSTEM product installation training for dealers, ensuring they can install TOSTEM products correctly for optimal performance, led by a team of TOSTEM experts.
